Don't Worry, Be Happy!

Almost everyone in the world is familiar with this quote, right?

Did you ever realise that the massive opinion about this quote, relates to someone who smokes cannabis and get stoned?

That's right! There's a theory about this quote and in the opinion of the most successful man and women in this planet, the purpose of that theory is to make you believe that in case you adopt this "certain way" to face life and your feelings in general, you will be considered as "irresponsible" "childish" and that you will loose all your credit and posture. That can and will happen with those individuals who apply this "state of thinking" into an extreme and fanatic manner, almost getting away from the reality.

Do you know why that happens? It's obvious isn't it? Those individuals get so exhilarated and so fantastically good when they feel that way that they choose to never turn back!

And the trick here is that there's nothing wrong with that! It's their life, it's their choice and honestly if you look at them, they seem to live a happy and wonderful life. However, and in my opinion, I believe that those people just simply have given up on higher achievements, at a certain point of their lives they just decided to give up on spending vacations on a luxury yacht, having their private chef, dress with the most expensive clothes and feel great about it. Don't get me wrong! I respect and understand each and everyone of them, despite the fact that I recognise them as low frequency dreamers.

Low frequency dreamers? What does that mean? Let me explain that to you, did you ever notice about those who say: "I don't want a new car, I'm perfectly happy with my 15 year old car!" "My little house fits perfectly fine my wishes, why the hell I would want a bigger one?"

You see, this people are using what is called as "justification" and "justification" is the way that human brain uses to justify that we gave up on some dreams and to make us feel better. The power of the thinking is so powerful that after a couple of months we really believe that we are happy and content with little or no dreams and goals and wishes. This lowers the frequency and the vibration that our brains transmit into a state of mind that we become quite similar to a radio transmitter without an antenna. We then simply float around our goals without ever believing that we can really achieve them.

Regarding our goals and dreams I wanna give you the perfect example of how our thinking influences our lives. Think about this, if our thinking is not strong enough to conquer our world with our thoughts, we end up being absorbed by the thinking of someone else that has a strong and powerful believing thinking, that is enough to make us invest our time and our work into that person ideas. Even if we don't agree with some of the requirements and demands of those ideas, we still shut up and accept those conditions.

Why do we do that? First because we need the money, second because we don't believe we can find a way to invert the roles and third because we get tired of just thinking about all the possibilities and troubles and all the work and all the issues and sacrifices we have to make in order to make our thoughts and wishes turn into reality. We are lazy but it's hard to admit it!

Henry Ford said it best: "Whether you think you can, or whether you think you can't, either way you are correct!" Is the thinking that makes it so!

Lots Of Love,

Frederico Coelho
